 * I do have that option set as you’ve specified (you can see the setting below).
   The appearance on page load is just a flicker, not the usual “when page loads”
   presentation. It might not even be noticed on a T1 connection, but on my internet
   connection it is very obvious. I’ve seen this with other modals/popups too.
 * Modal Window Settings:
    Show a modal window: Click on a link (with id) Add an
   id=’wow-modal-id-X’ to the link, where X is the number of the modal window
