    We tested 3.02 on a clone first and found that the shopping cart no longer worked. It worked on 3.01. We now went with an April 5 and pre 3.0 update and everything is working again.

    So what you are saying is that these updates have not been tested before publishing them ? I’m not a developer. I’m a business owner. I have no clue how any of this works. All I know is that for the past 3 days myself and one other employee have done nothing but deal with issues surrounding 3.0 and up, lost business and have paid our web guru to try and work around the problems this all created.

    Yes, same here. We went back to 3.01. Still not getting order emails but at least the orders can be placed again.

    I don’t really have the time to troubleshoot an issue I did not create. Going back to pre 3.0 seems like the best idea at this point and then whoever came up with this update can make sure it works before creating problems for thousands of companies.

    Everyone of our pages that has grouped products on it. Before 3.0 I was able to put them in the right order. i.e. 1 to 10. Now they are displayed as 10 to 1. Looking at the 120+ complaints that were logged overnight this is a minor issue. Like many we are also not getting new order emails. Applied the fix that is mentioned on page 1 but that did not change anything.
