no I still haven’t got an answer, so I deinstalled MailPoet and use another newsletter plugin now (called simply “Newsletter” (“The Newsletter Plugin”) – works great and there’s no approval etc.)

I’m having the same issue with my MailPoet account for http://www.stickenhoern.de – I’m waiting for approval and haven’t seen any pre-approval questions to be answered. Were those questions in a mail or on your website (or in the WordPress backend)?
Since I’m no paying customer yet (free 0-1000 plan) I can’t find your support team email.
