Hi @gcc26amp,
Actually, you can put NA for any information related to premium users, e.g. the order number/license key. Our team will be able to recognize you.
Alternatively, you can drop us an email to hello(at)preventdirectaccess.com.
Still, it’s best to contact us via the form with the above information so that we have an overview of your setup.
We look forward to helping you resolve the issue, Richard.
Hi Richard,
Thanks for reaching out to us last night.
Our team has checked and it looks like a conflict when using some caching plugin, e.g. SiteGround Optimizer.
To assist you better and faster, can you please drop us a support ticket with your hosting provider, plugin list, and some sample page (passwords) for testing purposes?
We look forward to your email.

In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] Whitelist to Not Logged-In UsersHi Mariah,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
“Visitors” look like a WordPress role, which means you have to log in to be whitelisted. How do you create “visitors”?
I’m sorry, it’s not totally clear to us.
Non-logged-in users can view your private content. So who do you want to password protect your content against? Can you please help clarify?

In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] Force user to login everytimeHi @ginowhitaker,
Yes, it looks possible to force users to log in every time they close your website.
We’re checking if it’s technically possible to put it on our PPWP Lite version.
Which type of protection do you want to apply that feature, by the way? Is it Sitewide, Single page, or Partial content protection?

I’m convinced if you allow us to help, you won’t get disappointed, if not very satisfied, with our plugins – just like other thousands of users.

In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] great supportHi @jeannene,
Thanks for the feedback.
Actually, our PPWP Free does work for partial content with Divi. Since it looks like a conflict or misconfiguration, can you please allow us to help you first?
By the way, you’re the one who dropped us an email last month regarding Divi integration, aren’t you?
If so, our team did reply to you around 10 days ago but haven’t heard back from you yet. Can you please double-check your email?
Elena

In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] Setting a use limit of passwordHello @nomaddaniele,
Yes, you can create as many passwords as you’d like to, meaning unlimited passwords literally.
You can then set different usage limits for each password on the same page.
Here’s how the password management UI looks like on our Pro version.
Here’s the complete PPWP Pro screenshots for your reference.
Hope it’s crystal clear now.

In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] Setting a use limit of passwordSorry for the confusion. Yes, you’re right, @nomaddaniele.
By click I mean the password usage – or click on the Quick Access Links.
Yes, every Pro plan, e.g. Personal & Business, comes with those features.
Hope it’s clearer for you.
Elena.

In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] Setting a use limit of passwordHello @nomaddaniele,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Yes, our plugin does support restricting password usage within a period amount of time as well as click.
For example, you can set your passwords to expire in 2 days’ time or 5 clicks.
After 2 days or 5 clicks, the passwords will expire/become invalid automatically.Due to the UI complexity to set password expiration, this feature is only available on our Pro version.
Please let us know if it makes sense to you.
