This is not the theme issue. I see you are using the Related Posts and AnsPress plugin, so I recommend you should ask the creator of plugin for support.
Why don’t you ask the plugin’s support whether you use the code is correct?

Regarding the GPL license and copy the source code of Customify to include in a theme selling on ThemeForest(or elsewhere), you will need a few things as I know:
1. Your product must be under GPL or GPL-compatible license, which it’s not as your theme licenses under ThemeForest split license.
2. Copy the code is allowed under the term of GPL but copy the design (the builder interface) is not allowed.
3. There is no code reference nor credit mention anywhere in your theme, you simply copy it and doesn’t read the license.#fullstop
PS. Also apply modlook tag.
