Please add the following code into your wp-config.php file by replacing the line you already have define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false ); @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );It will not display any warning/notice for your visitors.
Also, could you let me know which page do you see this notice?

The Additional CSS is a part of WordPress core. Please try to disable all plugins then check again.
If it still does not work, please try switching to a different theme.

I checked both case with page layout settings is default and Full Width – Stretched, and it still works fine.

Did you clear the browser cache on iPad? I checked and the humberger mobile menu works well. See my image: https://imgur.com/a/dEGecUT
