Thanks so much for the advice. yeah that’s the problem I think, the NextGen gallery plugin has stopped me from being able to access the wordpress dashboard what so ever. So unfortunately I can’t even get on the dahsboard to alter the plugin update which is super frustrating. Do you happen to know a way around that so I can still access the dashboard via another route? All advice so so welcome and thanks again!

I’m totally new to posting for help on a forum. So I hope I’m writing in the right place. Regarding Keyphrases I’m having a real problem with something similar. My Yoast states I have 0% of my keyphrase within my opening text. But it is actually there in front of me. The text is identical, and it doesn’t seem to matter how many times I mess around and put it in, it still says 0%. What would be the reason for this and how can I sort it so really improve my SEO optimisation?
