I don’t think its a problem with whatruns, it usually identify technologies used on any website correctly. I got some other sites and never had a problem like this before using under construction.

yes the site works. whatruns usually shows all plugins from a site, in this case only under construction shows up.

I asked my host provider, the info is that nothing is cached on the server side.
I installed another plugin ‘WP DB Cleaner’ for the database cleanup and deleted unused entries, despite everything, ‘under construction’ is still displayed in whatruns.

i have the W3 Total Cache plugin, here i can clear all caches, i think.
Sorry but what is cPanel exactly?
