 * Dear marisol3007,
 * This is an official response from us regarding your feedback as we were made
   aware of the situation by the Proxy & VPN developer rickstermuk.
 * We checked our email system and found no faults, all our emails have been going
   out correctly. We did however find an email that went out on the 4th of January
   which headed towards a domain name which is similar to your WordPress username.
 * Whilst we cannot be certain this is your email address (which we won’t share
   here for privacy reasons), what we found is the email bounced back to us because
   the domain name could not be resolved. Meaning, it had no MX entry at the time
   the email was sent.
 * I would like to respond to your theory that we may not want WordPress users and
   that was why you did not receive an email from us. If I may, I would like to
   point out that the signup page on our website does not ask the user what software
   they will be using with our API and so there’s no way for us to know.
 * But I can say, we very much want WordPress users to use our API and although
   we do not make the Proxy & VPN WordPress software (it is but one of many plugins
   made by independent third parties for our API) we have a vested interest in all
   our API users having a good experience.
 * If you would like help with your account please don’t hesitate to contact our
   support (support@proxycheck.io) we usually respond within minutes during work
   hours on both weekdays and weekends.
 * Kind regards, proxycheck.io support
