Im unable to log in to my wordpress site, its giving the error “Connect was reset”, please help.

When I configured everything, and put my email id for test, it says email cant be sent as message body is empty, but I actually clicked the option of default wordpress template. Can you please reply whats gone wrong. Thanks.
