In reply to: checkboxes don’t work anywhere after upgradeThanks! That explains it then. Am presently operating Win 8.1 with an older version of Firefox. I have a small laptop, too, but hate using Win 11. Will continue using an earlier version of Chrome until I’m forced to use the laptop.

In reply to: checkboxes don’t work anywhere after upgradeInteresting that someone else is having the same issue with Firefox. Caches are all cleared; even unchecked the enhanced browsing switch for my site, all to no avail. Will continue to use Chrome as my alternative but it would be good to have Firefox as backup.

In reply to: checkboxes don’t work anywhere after upgradeIssue resolved by using different browser. Firefox was the culprit.

From what I can gather, what is happening is “that is caused by Wordfence aggressively categorizing other connections as bots”. Ok, so how to fix that? Thank-you.
Hi, Dave
I responded to your email with attachment. The filter as human is there but i’m the only “green button” showing up–this happens throughout the day.
Meant to say that this is happening with the new 6.3.7
Hello,
Having same trouble. Reinstalled the new update a few times and the activation finally took hold, but now the site is painfully slow.
Was contacted back, thank-you. Just got wordfence reinstalled, the activation took hold this time…but now my site is very sluggish, so will keep plugging away on this.
Thanks!
Never got back to me in “premium support”
Ongoing issue still UNresolved
Most poor; sorry that I spent the money
Hello,
Did do late last night; still awaiting response.
Thank-you!
Evidently my hosting had to disable your plugin in order to get my site back online again. The issue is with your update–please inform me what I have to do next to get my premium service reactivated again.
Thank-you!
Martin
