Just have to put the two images in the same <div></div>

go to : Appearance > Editor
Look for the comments.php template and delete everything inside that template, update the templateNOTE:BACKUP THE TEMPLATE INCASE ANYTHING GOES WRONG SO THAT YOU CAN RESTORE THE TEMPLATE AGAIN.
