Qode Essential Addons is not a part of Bridge theme, it is an individual plugin which is used within Qi theme or as an extension to custom post types and options. As far as we know Bridge theme do have an option to import demo content with either WPBakery, Elementor or Gutenberg blocks and nothing has been changed within the theme to block or deactivate shortcodes. If you encounter issues with the Bridge theme you can always turn to the support team for this team in particular and they will be happy to check any theme related issue.
