Please understand that this is not a bug, it is supposed to have this behavior. As previously mentioned, we recommend adding a parent menu item which will not link to any page and adding submenu items with links.

This could be due to the permalink settings. Please navigate to Settings > Permalinks and set “Post Name” as shown in screenshot.

The link is disabled so the dropdown menu could be opened on click. Otherwise, by clicking on the parent menu item, the user would be taken to the link of the menu item and the dropdown menu wouldn’t be shown. We recommend adding a parent menu item which will not link to any page and adding submenu items with links under that item (please see screenshot).

Could you please add url of the page where the slider is placed so we can inspect and investigate?
This could also be caused by some third party plugin. Please deactivate all your third party plugins, clear browser cache and check the page. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and try to find the plugin that causes the issue.Â

We couldn’t reproduce this on our end. Have you perhaps used Elementor to edit your checkout page?
In our demo sites the Checkout page is an empty page which is set to be used as a Checkout page in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced (please see screenshot). This way the Checkout template by the theme is being used. To investigate this further you can write to our support here.
