But in the Pro version, you can show the Start menu in a Fixed position at the bottom of the ChatBot window. The HTML code for h1/ h2 etc. cannot be changed without modifying the core plugin code. We do not recommend that. * This plugin uses shortcode so it works with all page builders. * For multi site, install the plugin but do not activate network wide. Users can email to the admin if there is no product found. That is all this ChatBot does.
