The last three updates for the Master Perpetual license was released on Sept 13th, Oct 5th and Oct 13th. The latest version no. is 13.7.1.
Maybe, the plugin got auto updated. Please open a support ticket from https://qc.ticksy.com/ if you think you are not getting updates or for any other help with the Pro version.

Also, try making a default WordPress theme active and see if that works
Try deactivating other plugins one by one and see if that works.
 PHP max input variables value 30000 may be too large and your server is confused. Try reducing this value to 2000 and see if that works.

How many items do you have in your largest list? There is no other limitation from the plugin besides the Max input Variable value of the server.
