    Switching the theme fixes the issue. Will try and find the problem
   in the theme. Thanks so much for your help.

 * I did a
    system status > tools > Clear all sessions but when I refresh the cart,
   the product i added is still there and the problem still occurs

 * No there isn’t any custom code in the footer.
    I had installed this plugin which
   might have been causing the problem? [http://reigelgallarde.me/product/woocommerce-woorei-shop-manager/](http://reigelgallarde.me/product/woocommerce-woorei-shop-manager/)
   but the plugin is now disabled – yet the error persists
