Turns out the admin notifications were just delayed – although by over 3 hours!? Any idea why they time difference?

In reply to: WP login not working from specific computersHi, thanks for the response. We have tried clearing the cache and cookies – not sure about the modem reset though. I’ll have her try that.
I am able to log in with her login, and we’ve tried resetting the password as well – although she isn’t able to reset it herself.
She’s tried login in on several different computers as well as on different browsers, all with no luck.
I’ve also had her try to log in through my admin account with no luck. I’ll try creating a new one though and see if that changes anything.

The sent emails weren’t showing up in the Mandril widget in WP, but I just checked the actual Mandrill dashboard and it showed everything was delivered. Looks like all the emails suddenly went to the spam folder in all my gmail accounts. Do you know if there’s any reason why gmail would have suddenly classified those notices as spam?As for the links, the first two (the id# and the VIEW TICKET) are just showing up as plain text now. Before they were showing up as links, but didn’t work.
I did notice that the links that are not working all have the _url ending (i.e. {ticket_admin_url} ). The ones with the _link ending are working.
Is this issue being looked into at all? I’d like to be able to give our client some kind of idea when they can expect this to be working properly…
The problem problem happened on my boss’s computer, but it seems to have resolved itself. Maybe something just wasn’t loading right.
Also, when clicking directly on a notification, i get a screen saying “You are not allowed to edit this item.”
However, when I go to my pushbullet homepage, it shows a list of the notifications with the full content as it should.
