We have tried clearing the cache and cookies – not sure about the modem reset though. I’ll have her try that. * I am able to log in with her login, and we’ve tried resetting the password as well – although she isn’t able to reset it herself. * She’s tried login in on several different computers as well as on different browsers, all with no luck. * I’ve also had her try to log in through my admin account with no luck. Looks like all the emails suddenly went to the spam folder in all my gmail accounts. Do you know if there’s any reason why gmail would have suddenly classified those notices as spam? * As for the links, the first two (the id# and the VIEW TICKET) are just showing up as plain text now. Before they were showing up as links, but didn’t work. * I did notice that the links that are not working all have the _url ending (i. e. {ticket_admin_url} ).
