I am facing the same issue. I did a WP core update to 4.5.3 and event organizer plugin update to v3.0.0. The full calendar looked nice and wide before the update. After the update, the CSS seems messed up and the calendar is squished like in the original post.
Is this a known issue? Has a resolution been found for the issue yet?

We have found a work around by using LearnDash to create the achievement steps as lessons/ topics and use BadgeOS only for the purpose of granting badges. Since LearnDash works based on user history, it works for us.

Yes! The mail works after being able to access the SMTP settings page.
Thanks!I was unable to access the SMTP settings page and there was a ‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this admin page.’ error, even though ‘Import Users from CSV’ page was accessible.
I have determined the cause to be hook priority. After changing Hook Priority and adding ‘SMTP Settings’ page to ‘Tools’ menu, I was able to access the page in the multisite install.
Just a note that I did not face this issue in single site workpress install.
