 * I believe I’ve received a sample of the support and quality your plugin offers.
   Based on that, I’ve decided to look for another solution that better meets my
   needs. Thank you very much.
 * Weeks and days have gone by without any response, and there are bugs even in 
   the trial version. This says a lot about what I can expect from your team as 
   a customer.

 * Please let me know by when would the bug be fixed and how to get an extended 
   trial? ‘d really like to see if it fits our needs before we make a decision on

 * We went through the link you shares, however it is to disable individual tests.
 * Is it possible to disable Rank Math completely as a whole for certain pages/posts?
   Like, not show any value in the Rank Math column against a page/post at all

 * Although it did work in the end, the notification emails take significantly longer
   than emails sent to admins and authors. Is there a known cause for this?

 * The emails for for authors and moderators, the checkbox is ticked, and i even
   checked the spam folder but it doesn’t seem to work.
