Found the issue. I deleted the rule i CF by mistake. Now it is HIT. However, I am getting duplicate entries which I think is fine. Thanks a lot for your assistance. Would happily support the plugin.

I think I have fixed have half the issue. Now Cache-Control and x-wp-cf-super-cache-cache-control are matching.

However, I could not solve duplication, and cf-cache-status is now DYNAMIC.

I can see big improvements to the speed of the website already.
