Thanks for getting back to me. I have uploaded 2 screenshots. one of the menu panel with all plugins switched off incl Membership plugin and the other with only the Membership plugin turned on.
You will see that the menu title text disappears.
I have tried reinstalling wordpress and that didnt work and I have tried reinstalling the plugin too. The membership plugin version is 3.4.4.3
