Yes, both sites are using same WordPress Version and same plugin version for Conditional Menu.
Hi,
We are unable to disable all plugins on the live site, but we have replicated all the files and plugins from the live site to the staging site (Everything in wp-config fodler). The staging is working, whereas the live site isn’t. Both sites have the same exact plugin settings, content and theme. Upon clicking the different tabs under “Post Types”, I realise it wasn’t able to retrieve any data, hence displaying nothing for it.
