I changed the Full circle website to connect the Inside job stripe account and the payment methods are the same as they were when the Full Circle site was connected to the full circle Stripe account. You would think that this would show me the same as the checkout page on the Inside job page but it doesn’t.
I have no idea why this is not working correctly and it is very fustrating.

I am only using tickets at the moment. I may have to get tickets plus.
BUT. I wish someone from Events calendar had of mentioned the above. It would have saved me weeks of anguish. A simple explanation instead going round in circles saying they don’t offer support.
Anyway back to your help.
As mentioned I have 2 sites using tickets. I have them both connected to stripe account. Both the accounts in stripe have the same payment methods enabled (see image above in thread). However, both of my checkouts offer different payment options when they should be the same. Why is that? the 2 checkout pages are below.


You mentioned that tickets should have the same options but they don’t seem to.
It seems I can’t control any of the payment methods unless I get tickets plus.
any more ideas??

I cleared all of the cache and changed the theme to 2021. I deactivated all of the plugins, (there aren’t too many) and still the checkout does not works. See checkout page with 2021 theme.
The plugin is not working correctly. What do we do now?

Thanks for getting back to me. Can you see why people are confused. You are replacing a plugin called ‘WooCommerce Legacy REST API’ with a plugin called ‘WooCommerce Legacy REST API’. Why are they called the same thing?? That is very confusing.
I use quite a few WooCommerce plugins to achieve the shipping options that my clients requires as below.

It says I can check the useage by going to the the WooCommerce log files
But when I go to that page, there are no logs.
Also confused with this. Even though the API box I checked

When I go to the REST API page there is no API key there?
Am I using the Legacy REST API or do you think I am not using it?

Do I need to be using this legacy API at all. Am I even using it (going by these screenshots??)? I am not sure.

The WooCommerce Legacy REST API will be finished as of Version 9. I get that. But the new plugin, as far as I can see is called the same thing. IS that right or wrong?
Also, when I find out the new name of the plugin that will replace the ‘old’ WooCommerce Legacy REST API , do I have to setup all of my postage and freight settings again? Or will the new plugin, when installed and woocommerce is upgraded to version 9, takeover all of the old settings and continue of from there?
Any help would be appreciated

When I install the new plugin (which has the same name as the old one, very confusing) do I have to redo all of the shipping charges and postage rates etc? Or will the new plugin take over and use the same setting when version 9 takes over?
