In reply to: [Payment Gateway of PayPal for WooCommerce] Incompatible with cartflowsHi I still have the same issue I have come back still looking for a solution and forgot to respond to this post, basically I need it so a customer is required to enter their name, and email to make a purchase and to have the button at the bottom of the cartflows checkout page.
I also need it so they will be redirected to the page that is set in the cartflows funnel which isn’t just one unique page as it will be different for each cartflows funnel.
Can this be done with your plugin?

I used WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update database. to update it a few days ago on my staging website, and then tried it hours ago again today.
And it still is appearing as version 6.4
It says wc database updating in the background, I’d send a screen shot but you keep requesting I just snipboard which never works for me.
Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

and it isn’t workingI’m in the process of contacting Paypal dev support because Ive noticed my staging websites always have the orders as onhold or processing payment because the IPN doesn’t communicate with them.
Do you think this issue could be caused by something to do with that? I would have to do the test again on my live website but I want to avoid doing that because I have real customers visiting it.
I will if I must but is there anything else you can suggest because I take it the logs aren’t showing anything?

I saw a notification saying that it needed updating which I clicked to update, but that status report I sent you says it wasn’t up to date, why is that?

The first payment I tried, didn’t work again and the log was also blank from what I could see in woocommerce status/log.
And I thought maybe since I disbaled Paypal almost immediately after and its taking a few minutes for the payment to go through, that I would try it again leaving Paypal enabled until at least the order goes through/been processed by woocommerce on my website.
Which this time, it did create a log:

It only works incorrectly when doing live payments. Is it safe to provide the log of a live payment here because I’ve read it says to be careful sharing them and to clear the log.
So how can I securely share with you a live payment log and then clear it?

Well considering there’s already two people that have only had a conflict caused by the use of your latest version it might be worth considering having your devs look into whats in the new update that’s causing it.
Of course a plugin should work with anything else that its own developers but if it’s causing conflicts with other plugins and that’s the only cause then that’s a problem with the plugin itself. And also the previous version worked for as mentioned in other messages which have been deleted from this board removing helpful information for other viewers.
