I am not accessing wp-admin directly, I am accessing it through the login from my new login URL.

I did send a message on your website a few days ago but didn’t get a response.
Anyway, I’ve contacted my web host and they have suggested that it is an issue to do with the plugin’s code.
It would be great to get this plugin working!
