Quick question: if I buy the Pro Account (I’ll get the 5-site option since I have your plugin on 3 sites), am I guaranteed a fix on this issue? If it’s fixed, I’ll be entirely happy with my purchase. But if the issue is not fixed, is there a refund? I’m no cheat: I’d like the issue fixed and am willing to pay for the fix and won’t demand a refund once fixed. Here is what he wrote. Can you help? I love your plugin, but I think I would have to deactivate it and find another if the problem persists.
