Hi Darshana,
Thank you for your reply. Is there a way to disable the mail features of ‘WP Mail SMTP’ in code? I’m looking for a way to conditionally send mail through different services on the fly, but I’m unable to when the plugin is active.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Dynamic Time] Currency changeHi Zak,

In reply to: [Auto Coupons for WooCommerce] Auto coupon is not workingOk great! So the troubleshoot parameter will try each coupon and help explain any issues. In this case, it looks like sy3v33gm could have been applied successfully because criteria was met.
The coupon NEEVNBKF was not auto applied because it might be tied to WooCommerce settings, like specific products or other settings on the coupon setup page > Usage Restriction. If some usage restrictions are present on the coupon, WooCommerce won’t allow the coupon to apply. For instance, if usage restrictions are for specific products, those products must be in cart for the coupon to auto apply.
Hope this helps.

In reply to: [Auto Coupons for WooCommerce] Auto coupon is not workingHi, thank you for reporting a potential issue. Can you review the coupon settings by adding ?troubleshoot to the end of the cart URL? If you are logged in as an admin, this will give you a readout of why the coupon may not be applied. You may also paste that information into a reply in this thread to review further.

In reply to: [Klaviyo] Plugin automatically includes JS popup scriptsHi, thank you for the details.
The behavior functionality not available to us for popups includes geo-location by state, and user role in WordPress. We hope to wrap the JS in our own conditionals, however we are unable to achieve this with the plugin active, since it includes the js package on every page.
Is there any way to split out the popup js from the js package so we can further control when the popups are triggered?

In reply to: [Klaviyo] Plugin automatically includes JS popup scriptsHi, thanks for your response. I think a filter might work, especially if we could pass an array of form IDs to be (or not be) displayed.
Alternately, an additional checkbox relating specifically to Popup forms could be added to settings to prevent automatic inclusion of js popup snippets. Then we could add the snippet manually on our own.
To be clear, the current issue is that it is not known that the Klaviyo plugin automatically includes the js popup snippet on all pages, and this feature currently cannot be disabled without deactivating the plugin.
Hi Adilair, the individual setting for coupons is a WC setting and will prevent the coupons from auto applying together. For instance if two coupons are set to be used individually, the Auto Apply feature will apply the last one being used and the previous coupon will be removed from the cart.
Hope this helps.
Hi Adilair,
Here’s a few things to check. Make sure that “Apply via URL” is checked and “Auto Apply” is unchecked. Also, makes sure if you’re using a caching plugin that it is turned off on the page where the coupon is applied, e.g. the cart or checkout page.
Let me know if this works for you.
Thank you!Awesome, thanks for taking the time to do this.
If I recall correctly, it was displaying on most backend pages, e.g. plugins, users, tools, etc. Now that I’ve dismissed it I do not have a screen capture for you.
The banner is in fact displaying to editor roles.
Hi Alekv,
May I suggest targeting the users that are more likely to leave a review, by role and location. For instance, if the banner only displays on WC related pages, and only to administrators. I’d bet that the majority of the time (and in my case) this banner is displaying to dashboard users that have no idea what the banner is asking, they didn’t install the plugin it and they don’t understand what it does.
Hi Alekv, Great, thanks for your quick reply. I have done that. But the banner should not appear on every page, for every user. The purpose of WP banner notifications are for configuration related issues or action items. Asking for reviews in this space is not exactly kosher.

In reply to: [Auto Coupons for WooCommerce] v2.0.11 not auto applyingAh yes ?troubleshoot will only output when logged in as admin. Is there a caching plug-in installed on the site or server? If possible I recommend excluding /cart and /checkout from being cached.
If you continue to experience an issue, can you provide me your setting for the coupon at hand? You’re welcome to post a screenshot image via shipboard.io or other tool.

In reply to: [Auto Coupons for WooCommerce] v2.0.11 not auto applyingThat’s a good sign. The browser could have cached the issue from the previous version. You can also check to see for sure if the coupons are added correctly in a private/incognito tab.
