    It doesn’t matter what the plug-in is supposed to do and it also doesn’t matter that you checked a box and sent emails that noone reads. What matters is you chose to install plugins on websites which is something you should never do as a hosting provider. Plugin are fragile by nature and you have no idea what custom code might conflict which is likely why so many people are seeing their site crash.

    Terrible decision. Should have been an opt-in only situation versus having to see some random email, take the time to read it, and then have to go manually opt out.

    You guys provide a good service but I suggest you never do something like this again. Own it.
