Ok, I managed admin part by modifying a themes source file so that the field is generated with an id attribute. After that I was able to add this id to the qTranslate-X settings page and it worked for me.

Hi, I now found it:
I have to use something like
[:en]Contact[:de]Kontakt[:]
and it works!!!
