The error is exactly the title of the topic “Error: Could not connect to SMTP host”.

I did some tests and it seems it’s not the plugins fault, it works just fine if I use other mailer. But still the host service isn’t finding any solutions, they keep telling me there’s nothing they can do to fix it. We’ve tried all combinations of configurations, changed dns, etc.

Hi, James! I just wanted to leave some updates concerning this issue: I contacted the payment plugin developer (mercado pago, it’s brazilian) and they ran some tests and couldn’t find any issues on their end.

I discovered why I couldn’t replicate the issue everytime: the error occurs ONLY when using the “back” button of the browser. If the person clicks on the “back” hyperlink from the plugin checkout, that doesn’t occur.

When the user returns from the checkout page using the back browser button, the order duplicates itself. That’s whey they can’t order anymore and the stock goes to 0, because there’s 2 of them.

If I disable your plugin, that doesn’t happen anymore, is this a conflit between your plugin and the payment plugin?

Cart Stock Reducer is currently inactivated but the problem remains, so maybe it isn’t the culprit after all…? Anyway, answering your questions:

The majority (90%) of the products are simple and there’s only 1 unit of each since it’s a second hand shop.
No ajax that I know of.
I’m also unable to reproduce the issue, but my clients keep on facing this bug…
If you think it can be related to the plugin, please let me know how to send the theme’s code.

Hi! Actually I couldn’t manage to replicate this issue again. It showed up 2 times and now it doesn’t. I have no idea why, but it seems to be fine now. 😛 thanks anyway for you reply.

So….. I’ve been testing and the automatic display works on pages perfectly. But not at the products.

I’ve tried the short code option, but it messes the layout too much at the only place I could write it (at the product’s short description). I still don’t know where to put the code so it can display at the same place the custom related posts are.

Widgets option doesn’t work either, it crashes my wordpress (not the plugin fault though).

There’s no yarpp code at the css… so, ok, it actually wasn’t added to the page.
Where should I place the shortcode so it would show exactly where the default related product was? (sorry, I don’t have that much experience with wordpress, but that propably means I have to install another plugin to be able to edit the product page, right?)

I would love to know how to make this plugin works. At the moment it’s the same as not having it installed.

Right… but where can I find that code to edit it? I don’t have access to the FTP, so I’m not sure that’s actually possible.
