Thank you for checking out my shipping issue. The plugin that calculates the shipping is the ClickShip plugin, and it should be visable on both the cart and checkout pages. And, the shipping methods origate from ClickShip.
I should also give you a bit of background on what I’ve done. This is also my second theme. With my first theme the ClickShip plugin worked, but the WooCommerce shop page would not load for any of my customers. The shop page only loaded for me, but because I was also signed in to WordPress/WooCommerce. I’ve changed themes and now the shop page is working, but my shipping is not. I’ve also contacted ClickShip in case there is an issue with their plugin.
Since posting this, I’ve done a few other tests to troubleshoot the issue like deactivating other plugins to make sure there wasn’t a conflict. I am thinking this may be a theme issue.
