I am having this problem.
When I try to add <meta http-equiv=”content-language” content=”en-us”> to the header, it says the < and > are special characters must be escaped. But when I do that, it puts it all in quotes.

I’m a bit new to WordPress, but have some experience with older php forum software like vBulletin and phpBB, but it’s been several years.
I’m definitely behind the curve on some of the CSS stuff, but it seems to make sense.
