 * I have worked the bug out. Where is the best place to report it?
 * Here is basically my problem and my diagnostic: I have some “free plus shipping”
   offers, which are basically free products that only have a shipping fee attributed.
   The order total is essentially $0.00 before adding the shipping (if only “free
   plus shipping” items are purchased).
 * What I’m thinking is that the plugin only considers orders with a total amount
   greater than $0.00, excluding shipping. It would be great if the shipping was
   included in the total amount of an order.
 * I could confirm this claim multiple times by making abandoned carts have a total
   of $0.00 + shipping, which would never get the emails sent and by making abandoned
   carts have a total of above $0.00 + free shipping, which always had the emails
   sent on time.
 * Hope this helps, I’m looking forward for a fix!

 * If it can help anyone, after much fiddling around I found out I needed to create
   a list before before trying to validate my API key.
