my worfklow looks different.
1. Customer ends up on our cart page 1 (Address with shipping method for their address)
2. Customer goes to page 2 (payment)
3. Customer clicks on PayPal
3. Customer clicks on “Buy now” (before that he has to accept the GTCS, there is no more order confirmation site.)
4. Customer is directed to PayPal and completes the payment, after that only an order overview is displayed.I have activated the setting “skip order review page”. Probably this is the reason or?
The problem is that for GDPR reasons we are advised to clearly separate payment from order.

this has nothing to do with the theme. My question is not so much about a “problem” but about how to include this button.
Other PayPal Express Plugins offer this function. If it does not work, it is ok. Would only have been nice.

you can easily change your address in PayPal, see screenshots Here I simply changed from my german address to a swiss address. This should change the shipping costs in any case.
I can block that this change can be made. But actually this is a reasonable action. If the shipping costs would also change.

This is exactly the problem. If a customer enters a German address in the Woocommerce Checkout and then changes the delivery address in PayPal modal to a foreign address, the shipping costs for Germany will still be charged.

of course we have a lot of plugins. But we have had them for a long time – as long as the great Email Design Plugin here. But at some point this error simply occurred.

its the order confirmation mail to the customer and to us.
Cache is cleared..The error is totally random. For example, 5 orders come in, 3 emails are correct. 2 are wrong.

yes we are on 5.4.1
I despise the PayPal plugin at the moment. Because it affects all payments made with PayPal Express. The “normal” PayPal payments etc. fit all.
I will contact the support of the PayPal plugin.

thanks for your reply. Now I have deactivated the plugin. The mentioned entries with the own IP will not appear any more. I hope that the CPU peaks have disappeared.
I have opened a topic under the Ajax Search Plugin and hope that there is a solution.
