I’d like to give you a 5 and hope to do so soon, but I think the LearnPress support service currently requires substantial improvements.LearnPress support system is sometimes very complicated and frustrating.
I still haven’t figured out what I need to do when I have a problem to get a timely response.- If I use the forum https://help.thimpress.com/, Phuongltn gives me summary answers that, instead of solving the problem, send it back to me. Furthermore, the media uploading is old-fashioned.
- If I send an email to [email protected], I have no track of the problem’s progress and sometimes I don’t receive a response.
- If I use this forum, the moderator warns me not to request support.
I understand there are many of us, but I believe you need to improve customer service and unify it, especially for those who pay for support.

I’m sorry, but the problem persists.It’s as if after the user clicked the “Cookie Consent” > “Accept” button, the script that updates the following variables isn’t launched:
ad_storage Denied
analytics_storage Denied
ad_user_data Denied
ad_personalization Denied
functionality_storage Denied
personalization_storage DeniedPreviously, they used the Cookis Yes plug-in, and the problem didn’t exist.
Then, since I saw that Eduma added this new feature, I removed Cookis Yes.

Furthermore, I can’t share sensitive data in a video or image.By default, Tag Manager doesn’t record consent to the use of cookies and therefore doesn’t enable tracking.

Is there any way to check and swich off without turn on the wc plug-in?
If I turn on wc, the routine runs immediatly and I dont have time to swich off it.
