However, I was still unable to enable “Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments.” (It looked like it enabled but when I refreshed the page it was disabled again and the checkout never reflected the change.) Then I connected a different business PayPal account that we have. Same thing. So I rolled back to 3.2.1 and then everything worked perfectly.
