At the moment, the problem with the translation of the page titles was solved simply, instead of translating the title of the links, it was necessary to translate the title of the pages themselves (then nothing breaks). It remains to solve the problem with the translation of the topbar menu – Log in, Registration (into Russian), as well as the registration field Name – settings -> users -> custom registration fields … Initially there is only one Name field (this is what you need to translate) , when creating additional fields, everything works (what you write will be), But when you change the first field, it cannot be deleted, the settings break. I was advised in a letter to use the polylang plugin, I’ll try a little later. I think that I will get comfortable with the free version and will be able to understand in detail what and how. In general, I like everything. I also went to buddypress.org, and found out about the planned update of BuddyPress 8.0.0, since my site is under development, and there is a BP Beta tester plugin, I think it would be a good solution to build a live chat into it, for quick feedback communication with developers.
