Justin,
Thanks you for your response.
I’m a developer for http://www.stifirestop.com. The main site is using WordPress, but there are several additional sites that are not. We would like to establish one login for all of stifirestop.com sites. We like WordPress’ user management features, and hope that Oauth2 can help us create an industrial-strength company-wide authentication system.
– Do you think that Oauth2 is a good tool for this purpose?
– Do you think that Oauth2 is industrial strength?
– Would you be willing to support our development? Please state compensation.
– Is there a way that a sub-site could use Oauth to retrieve the user’s information: id, name, etc.
– Is there any issue for not using WordPress default Permalink setting?
Thanks for your consideration,
Ronnie Serr

Thank you. I followed your instructions and the plugin works!
When I reset Permalink to “Default” it stops working again. Is that a problem?
The installation is WP 4.01 on LInux PHP 5.2.7 http://alphabethouse.com/phpinfo.php.
Another clarification: the API documentation refers to a client_id, is this the same variable as customer key in the Provider panel? Is client and customer the same?
Thanks,
Ronnie Serr
Justin,
When I click Permalink, the .htacess file does get re-written, based on the file data and time. However, there’s no oauth directives in the re-written .htaccess.
http://alphabethouse.com/clients/sti/wp/?oauth=login returns the login page, but http://alphabethouse.com/clients/sti/wp/oauth/login returns a 404. Isn’t that an .htaccess error?
The plugin is based on this re-write, and cannot be used without it.
Please advise.
Justin,
Did you get a chance to look at the problem?
Thanks,
