I see other sites rss feeds in google reader, and they have links etc and other formatting in their feeds which I seem not to…

I love the way the site is set out, kind of like a magazine site layout, especially the front page – it really presents alot of information as well
Id be very interested if you had a list of plugins that you used on the site if you had one (this plugin can do that automatically 😉 ) or do you do alot of the stuff manually eg the top stories list, images, video list, the news tickers etc??
also i noticed that your images have urls within specified folders (year and post numbers) like:
http://www.popcultureshock.com/2006/40379/
Im just curious if you have an upload manager plugin for your images and files or if your doing it via ftp? Ive been looking for a way to keep my uploads more organised (on a post by post basis) and something I can use within WP – but haven’t yet found something?!

In reply to: PopSacrifice.com@pezastic – the background areas for the post area and sidebar were made in the photoshop layout i made, which is pretty simple to achieve
for the post and sidebar containers (that hold the various bits of info) it was done through pure use of css, probably one of the best bits of css code ive ever found and keep using (rounded corners without graphics!). you can read on how to do them here:

@pezastic – im sorry I can’t make the theme available for download as I spent a lot of time making it for my site, plus I will be using variations of it for future site projects I have in mind and so would like to keep it for myself.
Though I might be working on a general release of a theme variant or relative version in the future
