It was solved by a developer for the Genesis framework. Are you using Genesis? If, so – they should be working.
I installed Yoast SEO and did a Genesis update on the same day, so I reached out to the Genesis people who were able to fix it, even though it took almost a month.
It appears Yoast was never the problem.

This might have occurred due to Genesis update 2.0.1. I’ll keep you posted.
