    Ahhh,

    Okay so apparently I had an error in my original settings and just look through, because I was using the same email to test, osTicket was storing the name. I deleted that user and resent the form and it’s got the right name now.

    Thanks for the reply (of all the forums I visit, I’m always shocked at how quick the replies are here!)

    I’ll look into tuning the VPS server as well as mysql.
    I installed autooptimize but didn’t see much of a change at all and dumped it. Will look into it again.
    I use w3 total cache now but will check out wp super cache as an alternative.
    Varnish is on my list of things to do.

    Thanks for the tips on a direction to go. Will post here how it turns out.

    and I also have a web site I run for charity organization (but that’s been unblocked by request as it relates to my employer and it’s employees)

    I should note that asking them to unblock it or for details on why is out of the question. Its a huge organization and I’m not willing to open up that can of worms, if you know what I mean.

    What’s curious is it’s just the stylesheets being blocked, nothing else.

    One site uses a bought theme and the other is 2016 modified by myself.
