I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out. Since Jetpack is currently disabled on your site, that makes it a little tough for us to troubleshoot.
Could you try temporarily re-enabling Jetpack? While active, disable Jetpack’s Lazy Images feature:

Then, see if the issue persists. That will allow us to see if Lazy Images is related to the issue here.

Hi there! That’s a great question. Your desired use-case seems a bit beyond the scope of what Jetpack Stats was designed for. So I’m afraid that you may not be able to use Jetpack to accomplish this.
There are a number of third-party plugins that might be able to help with that, though. I use the Redirection plugin myself which can record how many times a redirected URL is hit. Using that plugin, you could configure affiliate links to use an internal URL like your example and then see how many times that link is hit.

Thanks again for the additional information. I’ve been trying to reproduce this issue, but I’ve been unable to do so. This is what I tried:
- Created a new site, installed and activated the Twenty Sixteen theme.
- Installed and connected the Jetpack plugin.
- Enabled Jetpack’s Sharing buttons.
- Installed and activated the official AMP plugin.
- Visited an AMP version of a post.
The sidebar still worked as expected. I took a screenshot so that you can see the result here:
Are there any steps that I missed? I just want to make sure that I fully understand all of the steps that lead to the problem here.
Please let us know about the above! I also wanted to ask, can you provide us with a screenshot of your entire sidebar? I want to rule out a specific widget being the culprit here as well.

Could you please disable all of your plugins except Jetpack? Then try testing again to see if the error persists.
If the error is resolved, we’ll know that another plugin is interfering here. You can find out which plugin is the culprit by enabling each plugin one by one and repeating the test after each one.
