In reply to: [Unique Headers] Not working with WooCommerce Mystile themesThe problem is probably caused by the theme not using the built in WordPress header system, so you could try to check that is the case, and if so, switch it over to use that system.
Or you could contact the developer of the theme and ask for assistance.

This doesn’t change what the emoji looks like though. It just removes the JavaScript junk used to implement them on older browsers.

This doesn’t look like a plugin problem, but just happens to be the way your theme works.

In reply to: [Unique Headers] header image sizeIf you uninstall the plugin, and you use the built-in header system in WordPress (which is supported by the Twenty Twelve theme) does the header behave as you intended?
If it looks different between when using the plugin and the normal header images, then it may be a plugin problem and I’ll take a closer look, and if not then it’s a theme issue.
