Yes, I see all published post as well as the blanks.
I have reinstalled Worpress, I have deactivated the plugin, then reactivated it. The results are still the same. The blanks appear at the bottom. You are even able to move the blanks up and down the list of posts.

I viewed the page via inspector, the blank spaces do not contain an element id. Like this:
