I thought it was an automatic fulfillment once the customer placed the order.. so I’m fulfilling each individual order with the customers shipping info and there’s no way for automatic fulfillment? I thought that was the whole ease of the drop shipping plug in was the hands off process of it. And I’m not sure what version you mean. I just upgraded the Ali drop ship plug in feature as it asked me to for the $32 .. please help me to understand.
I don’t understand where I am supposed to be starting a new open ticket or why.. so i’m supposed to go in and place each individual order myself? why wouldnt it place the order automatically?

I either purchased it by just googling it and purchasing it. When you search Ali dropship for WordPress it comes up for $89. Or it was when I was creating my website on WordPress and I just activated the plug in. I don’t know but I know I did pay $89 one time. Is that the reason the fufill section isn’t showing my orders? Do I absolutely need to pay the $32? Can you look at my account. I have a secret code number or whatever information you need just ask.
