    Hello,

Thank you for your detailed follow-up and for taking the time to test everything on a completely fresh WordPress installation. We understand how frustrating it can be when something still doesn’t display correctly, even after thorough testing.

We have tested the HT Slider, HT Advanced Slider, and HT Scroll Navigation Slider again in multiple clean environments using the latest versions of Elementor and Elementor Pro, and we are still unable to reproduce the issues you are experiencing. This suggests that the problem may be specific to your site.

To identify the exact root cause, we will need to check your website directly. For further investigation, could you please reach out to our support team so we can collect the necessary information and assist you more efficiently?

You can open a ticket here:

Once we receive the ticket, our team will investigate the issue in detail and help you resolve it as quickly as possible.

Thank you again for your patience and cooperation.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your experience with HT Slider. We truly appreciate your detailed feedback and the time you took to report the issue.

We have carefully reviewed your message and tested the latest version of HT Slider with Elementor Pro 3.33 on our end, but we were not able to reproduce the display glitches you described. Since everything appears normal in our environment, the issue may be related to a conflict with other plugins or theme scripts on your site. If possible, please try temporarily disabling other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme to help identify any conflicts.

Regarding your suggestions and feature requests:

    1. Styling Options for Navigation Dots
We’re pleased to confirm that the styling controls you mentioned (color, size, spacing, positioning, etc.) are already available in the plugin.
    2. Transition Effects Between Slides
At this moment, the available transition options are Fade and Slide. Additional effects such as bounce, dissolve, or turn animations are not included yet, but we appreciate your suggestions and will consider them for future enhancements.

If the issue continues on your end, please contact our support team—they will be happy to assist you further:

    Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for recognizing that the plugin is good. We truly appreciate your feedback.

We understand your concern regarding the lack of a trial option before purchasing the Pro version. While the free version provides core functionality such as selectively disabling plugins on specific pages and posts, the Pro version includes additional advanced features like device-based rules, backend deactivation, and support for custom post types.

That said, we’re always looking for ways to improve both the product and user experience. Your comment helps us identify what matters most to our users.

If there’s any particular feature or use case you were hoping to try or explore before upgrading, feel free to share it with us. We’d love to understand your needs better and offer guidance or a possible solution.

Thanks again for your feedback and support!

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

Are you referring to the warning that says:
“LazyLoad is currently activated in no-lazy-htmega and magnifier-large. If you want to use WP Rocket’s LazyLoad, disable this option in no-lazy-htmega and magnifier-large.”
    https://prnt.sc/4Wl2ZVr6K0v4

If so, please be assured that we are aware of this issue and are actively working on a fix. The upcoming plugin update will address this to improve compatibility.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

    Hello @savingyourtail ,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

We’d like to clarify that the HT Mega plugin does not disable lazy loading globally. Lazy loading is selectively disabled only for our Image Magnifier and Image Comparison widgets to ensure they function correctly. This behavior is controlled using the following class names:

    • no-lazy-htmega
    • magnifier-large

These exclusions are intentional and limited in scope to prevent conflicts with specific widget functionality.

To better assist you, could you please confirm if this behavior is affecting other parts of your site beyond these two widgets? Your feedback will help us evaluate the impact and provide an appropriate solution.

Additionally, we’d like to inform you that in the next plugin update, we will include an option to enable or disable lazy loading for the Image Magnifier and Image Comparison widgets, giving users more control over this feature.

We appreciate your input and look forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    Saidul Islam
