Hi there! It sounds like that error is occuring likely due to you not having WooCommerce installed first. You have to install the WooCommerce plugin first, then install our Woo + SalesBinder plugin next (since it extends the WooCommerce plugin).
Hi Carlos, you can actually hide specific items from syncing in your WooCommerce website by going into your SalesBinder account, edit an item, click on the “Photos & Publishing” tab and then unchecking the “Publish to API” option. This will hide that specific inventory item from being syncing from SalesBinder into your WooCommerce products list.
