There isn’t a pop-up window that asks me to choose options of any sort. I can get into the file manager, and in the drop-down there is public_html, however there is no option to show hidden files.
I’ve been through the entire thing with netfirms support, and neither I, nor they, can find any if the install information.
That doesn’t really answer my question – I know how to do it. The problem is that the correct files to do so are not accessible. My question was: is the only way to resolve this to re-install?
